Handmade folding bow saw made of solid oak. The saw blade is easy to remove and retracts: it fits into a specially made storage hole in the handles, unlike others. This reduces the possibility of breakage of the handle during operation. Also, the grip of the handle (30 - 40mm) becomes more convenient compared to the thick 48mm handle on industrially made saws. The standard 530mm blade is widely available in stores, we use Bahco. Tensioning is done by twisting the string with the piece of wood, like a classic wooden bow saw. The handles are convenient for grip - the width is 30-40mm. At the same time, a high strength is maintained. Depending on the type of blade, dry or green wood can be sawn.
