Prices are shown with the legal taxes according to the Principality of Andorra. It is the obligation of the customer to know the taxes of his country at the time of settling the taxes before the competent customs authority.

Delivery will be made by the courier service contracted for this purpose. Our shipping partners are DHL Express, Correos Express and UPS. We ship the order according to the optimal conditions of each service so that the delivery is as fast and efficient as possible for our customers.

It is possible to cancel the order for our customers in the European Union according to the legislation in force within 15 days of receipt of the order. The costs of reception and shipping (round trip) will be borne by the customer. The order must be in the same condition as when it was delivered in order to be accepted for a refund due to withdrawal (unused).

It is possible to ask for a full refund of a product due to a manufacturing error or non-delivery of the product. BUSHCRAFT, S.L. reserves the right to analyze the evidence provided by the customer to verify its authenticity.







Our team will ship the same afternoon or the day after the order is confirmed. Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday. You can contact us through the web chat, by phone, email or by visiting our showroom in Valencia.



All our products are handmade, and therefore the dimensions, weights and colors are approximate. They may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials.



Our cart system calculates shipping costs based on the estimated weight of the items purchased, the destination of the package, and a handling fee. Also, there may be a fixed price depending on the destination.

NOTICE: We do not combine orders for shipping. If you want all your items shipped in one shipment, you must purchase those items in one order.

We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days for shipment (international orders are prepared in up to 3 to 9 business days on average). Please note that during the holidays it may take longer. Additionally, due to COVID-19, some shipments may experience delays beyond our control.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed the next business day. Due to the nature of our products, shipping preparation time may be longer than estimated, as they are handcrafted items made one by one. During some time periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday, we may take longer days to get some orders out. We make every effort to ship products as soon as possible.

We do not ship to third party international carriers or shipping centers. Any discrepancies in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your package. Any claim after 5 days will be denied.

BUSHCRAFT, S.L., reserves the right to cancel and refund an order for logistical reasons or any discrepancy in usage.



Our shipping partners are DHL and UPS. In Europe all times are estimates once your package has been shipped. It can take up to 4 business days after your order is placed before it is shipped. Shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE import duties, taxes or fees imposed by your country’s import and / or clearance offices if you are outside the EU.

You will be able to know the tracking of your complete shipment through the carrier’s website when the order is placed, which you will receive through the email provided in the purchase of the website.

The times of Average transit time is 1-3 days (exceptions apply and delivery times are not guaranteed once your order is shipped).

Shipping will be free from 250€ within the Union European.




Our shipping partners are UPS and DHL Express. Average transit times are 2-7 business days (once your order ships, exceptions apply and delivery times may vary). Shipments outside the European Union (for example to United States of America, Australia, Japan  or Canada ) will be made through the web.

Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment of the package as long as there are no delayings with the local customs office. It may take up to 9 business days after your order is placed before it is shipped. BUSHCRAFT, S.L., is not responsible for any problems that arise in the local customs office. Refunds will not be granted for items seized there. BUSHCRAFT, S.L., is not responsible for customs duties or taxes arising from your local customs office. BUSHCRAFT, S.L., is also not responsible for any additional charges that may be charged by the local carrier in your country. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, excluding country-specific duties, taxes, and fees. Our rates ONLY reflect the cost to us of shipping your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering. BUSHCRAFT, S.L., is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, bad weather or other natural disasters or pandemics.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes in the USA.

The prices in the shopping cart will be without taxes outside the European Union.



Waiting times for a backorder order vary according to the product. The manufacturing of each item is different and the workshop takes the items in order of purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order, please write to us and we will get back to you with more details.




It is possible to obtain a refund of your order if the product has a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs in product exchanges for other reasons are the responsibility of the buyer, both the return and the replacement of the product. The customs expenses involved in the exchange will also be deducted from the cost of the return.




We accept returns for cancellation to buyers from the European Union within 15 days of receipt of the order. Shipping costs, both outbound and return, will be charged to the customer.
