This tarp is an amazing addition to the equipment that any survivalist and trekker needs. This functional vintage 2m x 1,4m (78″x 55″) oilskin tarp stands up well against wet and dirty ground,  making it a wonderful option if you need a ground sheet as well. Weighing less than 1kg (circa 2lb) !!

Oilskin is naturally water and fire resistant, being able to act as an emergency rain-proof outer layer. Its layer of wax and oil provides resistance to water, which will slide down the tarp, thus making it very waterproof. It works wonderfully as a water resistant cover for our 100% Merino Wool Blanket, the two together will be very handy as an Eco-Friendly basic bed roll. Say hello to open skies camping from the comfort of your camp!
