I have commented before that this 50cm axe, although it can be taken with both hands has some security problem, for example: If I try to cut this trunk hitting there is no problem, but if I miss, the axe would go straight to me. So a bigger axe will always give you more protection, but this one offers you more portability, you can put it in a backpack easier.
